3. How do I track my order?

We provide live tracking via the rider’s GPS. You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor the delivery in real-time.

4. How long does delivery take?

Delivery is fast and efficient. You can expect your order to be delivered within 2 hours from the time of payment confirmation.

5. Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, we cannot modify or cancel it. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

6. What is your refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund process. To initiate a refund:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• Drop the product off at the designated pickup location and send us a picture.

• Once the product is picked up and verified, we will issue a refund to your original payment method in the same cryptocurrency.
