We’ll fully refund if our drop delivery was done at a completely different location from the location provided by you, No questions asked.

  • LATE DROP

We’ll fully refund if you wish after there’s extra 3 hours delay on your order, Regardless if there’s traffic, No questions asked.

  • WRONG ITEM

We’ll fully refund you if you ordered for a banana and received a guava, No questions asked. In rare circumstances, We deliver a wrong item but in a case like this and you choose to request a refund, We understand.
